Education & training
The Passive House Institute has developed a flexible system to promote “lifelong learning” and the gradual acquisition of Passive House knowledge: Once you have acquired a main Passive House Tradesperson, Consultant or Designer certificate, you can earn additional qualification by gaining expertise in a specific topic. This system also takes the further education of other professional groups into account, as well as activities that are important for the construction of Passive House buildings.

EU-Funded Training Program
PHI and the International Passive House Association collaborate on a range of research initiatives and projects co-funded through European Union programmes. Several of these projects focus on delivering professional training in energy efficiency and renewable energy for the building sector.
